Sarah E. Groff, MD
Residency Trained Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Sarah E. Groff has practiced dermatology in San Antonio since 2017. She grew up in Dallas in a close-knit family of 8. She received her undergraduate degree in Human biology from University of Texas at Austin graduating with Alpha Lambda Delta Honors, Phi et Sigma Honors, and University Honors. She went on to medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas and was awarded the Austin Humanism Award for showing true compassion towards all patients. After medical school she moved to San Antonio to complete her Dermatology residency at University Health Science Center. Her final year of residency, she had the distinct honor of holding the role of Chief Resident.
Dr. Groff founded Dynamic Dermatology in 2019 and has experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Groff is a detail-oriented, compassionate, and kindhearted provider who treats patients like she would her own family. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are getting the best care possible.
She enjoys traveling, going to the lake (while wearing plenty of sunscreen of course) working out, gardening, antique shopping, and most of all, spending time with her husband and sons.
Vanessa Hinojosa PA-C
Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant
Vanessa is nationally board certified physician assistant, licensed by the Texas Medical Board. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She began her work as a passionate Dermatology PA in 2013 after graduating from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
Vanessa joined Dynamic Dermatology in October 2020 and is thrilled to be a part of such a highly skilled, compassionate team. She was raised in San Antonio and loves being able to serve the community she grew up in. She is also an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
When she is not in the office treating patients, she enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant
Daniella Arellano is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. A San Antonio native, she returned home to begin her medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2014. She began her work as a Dermatology PA in 2017 and has experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Daniella enjoys being involved in patient care and truly values the relationship between the patient and provider. She aims to foster this relationship through clear, compassionate, communication and patient education in order to help patients achieve their optimal results. In her free time, Daniella enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and family.
